Managing Partner of the Law Firm PAOLO & ASOCIADOS | 2016 - PRESENT

Management and direction of the firm's administrative and logistical functions. Professional development of all legal procedures in the Civil, Commercial, Labor, and Administrative branches, with an emphasis on litigation, judicial collections, and advising cooperatives and banks.

National Director of Legal Counsel | Ministry of Health (MINSA) | 2014 - 2016

Effective restructuring of the Legal Department in terms of personnel, functions, and procedural logistics at the national level, aimed at improving results and providing efficient advice to senior management and national and regional health directors.
Updating and registration of more than 50% of the Ministry's real estate assets (hospitals, MINSA-CAPSI, among others), with the remaining percentage pending.

President and Legal Representative of the Board of Directors of the National Health Coordinating Body (CONSALUD) | 2015 - 2016

Complete legal restructuring of the company's bylaws and regulations. Efficient work in the implementation of equipment and infrastructure projects for San Miguel Arcángel Hospital and support for Santo Tomás Hospital.
